This Agreement may be updated by CENTERPOWERBATTERY at any time, and the updated terms of the Agreement, once published, will replace the original terms of the Agreement without further notice, and users can view the latest version of the Terms of the Agreement in the APP. If the User does not accept the modified Terms after the modification of the Terms, please immediately stop using the Services provided by CENTERPOWERBATTERY, and the User's continued use of the Services will be deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement.

1. Privacy Policy

During your use of this service, we may collect your location information in the following ways. This statement explains the information usage in these situations. This service places great importance on protecting your personal privacy. Before you use this service, please read the following statement carefully.

2. This service requires the following permissions

1. Bluetooth permission application. The application is for Bluetooth communication and requires your permission to open Bluetooth in order to communicate with the protection board hardware.

2. Geographic location data. To provide you with services, we may receive your device's geographic location information and location related information by storing it in your phone and using your IP address.

3. File storage management permissions. The application has implemented the function of remotely upgrading the device BMS program through OTA, so it requires the use of the file storage permissions and functions of the phone.

3. Explanation of Permission Usage

1. "LIBERTY" uses Bluetooth function to connect to the battery protection board, and communication between the two devices requires the user to open the mobile phone's location service and obtain permission for the software's location;

2. "LIBERTY" Bluetooth permission application. The application is for Bluetooth communication and requires your permission to open Bluetooth in order to communicate with the protection board hardware.

3. "LIBERTY" file storage management permissions. Used for upgrading the device BMS program.

4. Protection of User Personal Privacy Information

The purpose of obtaining mobile phone geographic location data through this service is to ensure the normal use of this service. File storage management permissions are only used for upgrading functions and do not perform other unnecessary operations. This service promises not to disclose user location information to third parties.

5. Others

1. The User is hereby reminded of the provisions of this Agreement that exempt LIBERTY from liability and limit the rights of the User. Please read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement with their legal guardian.

2. Regardless of the invalidity or enforceability of any provision of this agreement for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
